This is an amazing book I couldn't put down ( even when I was scolded for reading during an English lesson oops) Shannon Hale has wowed us again with another amazing story

Muri and some if the academy girls go to the lowlands for a year to be with Britta as she prepares for her wedding. But the girls discover many dangers things are not what they seem. Britta and the royal family is in great danger Muri questions if she is still a mountain girl will she leave mount Eskel forever? She has meet a low lander who charms her with a single glance she wonders if Peder will ever ask her hand in marriage. When secrets are revealed will Muri help Britta or will she go against her friend in terrible ways. So when danger enters the castle can a quarry speach save them or will they all die within the palace gates?

This is now one of my favorite book now I hate fantasy books but this book just caught my eye when I passed it in the library. It tells of young Miri who lives in a small village in the mountaintop far from the kingdom. Soldiers then come and order all girls from 12-18 to attend a princess academy at first I was like this is way too predictable but trust me its not she attends the academy learning things about being a princess and discovering how she is special and fits in she must save the girls in the academy when they their lives are in jeopardy and earn back their trust she discovers a sort of communication only the mountain people have its amazing its an amazing book really for all teens.

This book is pretty good a girl who just started 5th grade has to write a report on her summer so the whole book is about her summer. Her father looses his job and they have to cut costs. But in the end Pearl learns how to earn her own money and understand how hard it is for people to find jobs and make money. I would recommend it.
